You Can Run But You Cannot Hide…

One of the most profoundly liberating realizations is that we have no
secrets. Every untruth and limiting belief that we hold is embodied in us
and revealed to everyone we meet. What we try to hide is observable in
our posture, the tension and relaxation of our muscles, our tone and
volume and pace of our speaking, our choice of words, the degree of
openness of our eyelids, our skin tone, where we focus our eyes, our
degree of coordination, our activity level, the clothing we wear, and many

The Wisdom of the Rabbit: how body wisdom and trauma are related to healing

As soon as we begin forming in our mother’s womb, we are receiving
information about what the outer world is like and how to be within it.
Our mother communicates to us through the mix of hormones and chemicals
that we receive, plus the electromagnetic fields of the body organs, of
which the heart is the most powerful, plus whatever we experience of the
outside directly through the mother’s body as it acts as a conduit for
sound, temperature, etc. Based on the hormonal soup that we imbibe, we
learn whether the world is generally a scary place or a loving, nurturing
place. Consequently, children who are born to mothers who experienced a
high degree of stress during pregnancy are likely to be hyper-sensitive to
environmental stimulus like touch, and may even experience wearing some
clothing like blue jeans as painful against the skin.

This relationship with Spirit is understood to be a Sacred partnership, that is full of possibilities and accidents. The only real “concern” is that you are at peace and Walking in a Good Way. Although Walking with Spirit is unique for everyone, there are some “shared” experiences that are worth considering before beginning a Spiritual Journey.

The Eight Branches of Daoism

The Full Circle program is primarily sourced in Spiritual Traditions of the Indigenous People of Asia, North and South America. All of these Ways of Being in the World are speaking from the same Heart, and yet they are speaking from different times. The indigenous spiritual tradition of Asia (Daoism) has developed and changed in response to the gradual organization of civilization that has occurred over the last 7,000 years in what we now call China. The Indigenous people of North and South America have maintained their traditions until very recently, when they were suddenly faced with industrial colonization.

Lessons from Stone Age Living by Chris Morasky

From deep in the wilderness come the busy sounds of a band of hunter-gatherers. Grains are ground with a mano and metate, someone is scraping a deer hide with a stone tool, men tell stories and jokes while knapping beautiful obsidian points, children are laughing and playing a game with sticks and feathers, and a successful hunter is returning to camp with a fat buck deer. Everyone is happy and healthy, shelters are well built, food and materials are abundant, and the sun is shining. Such are the dreams of the romantic modern primitive…
